IT Engineer(infra) 💻 知名 IC Design House (好缺釋出) - CL

We are looking for a highly motivated IT staff to provide technical assistance to our company.

This role is responsible for serving optimal user experience to our employees and possessing technical skills set to unblock IT-related requests. Furthermore, the position will require assistance in the deployment of new software, enhancement of system performance, securing data, and creating operation documentation.

As the company is growing, we are adopting new innovative technology and scaling the maturity of service, thus requiring extensive experience and knowledge to support our users and infrastructure.

Job Description:

• Vendor engagement of new products and proof of concept
• Provide support and maintenance for Microsoft Active Directory (including Azure AD), Office 365, and other core Windows infrastructure
• Onboard / offboard staff, ensuring security integrity
• Deliver speedy response to security threats and system outages
• Maintain a database with all IT assets related to client service
• Fulfill demanding customer Service Level Agreements (SLA's) and manage customer expectations around support delivery timelines.
• Assists with user administration, onboarding, and termination. Access Control management
• Documentation of process, procedure, and operations
• Training of end-users on hardware and software
• Recommendation of enhancing the IT services to IT manager
• Subject matter expert in various IT client services
• Assist in purchasing the IT hardware/software
• Support of conferencing tools and performance enhancement
• Image desktop and laptop computer hardware and complete deployment according to departmental and Lab standards
• Ability to handle internet connection issues and work with local internet service provider to identify issues

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or similar
• 5+ Desired skills include knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Okta Identity Provider, Windows, Office 365, Microsoft MDM Intune, and Networking concepts
• 5+ years of IT support/specialist experience
• Strong concept of Networking Concepts
• Experience in company-wide IT service deployment/support of IT application or service
• In-depth knowledge of computer hardware and software
• Keep up the trend of new technology and ability to IT support
• Ability to assess security and processes recommendations in IT services
• Ability to handle project management to completion
• Ability to take initiative and create roadmap of service improvement
• Profession communication skills for user engagement and company announcement
• Strong collaboration skill with internal and external department
