Job Description

We are assisting a globally renowned SaaS technology company in recruiting an APAC Marketing Manager who will be responsible for leading the marketing strategy across the Asia-Pacific region.

This company is dedicated to supporting customer operations and management with its SaaS products, boasting a diverse portfolio of SaaS solutions and global operations spanning Asia, Europe, and Australia.


Position Goal

This role will be responsible for the overall marketing strategy and execution in the Asia-Pacific region, covering the full marketing funnel from demand generation to customer retention.

You will develop market entry strategies, design and manage marketing campaigns, oversee social media and brand presence, and collaborate with the global marketing team to drive the brand's growth and influence in the technology sector.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the APAC marketing strategy to drive demand generation, customer retention, and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with the Global Marketing Headquarters to ensure regional strategy alignment with global direction.
  • Work with the Product, Events, Brand, and Social teams to localize global marketing content (e.g., product launches, event promotions, social media exposure, etc.).
  • Integrate social media, email newsletters, advertising, and partner marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the marketing budget, evaluating effectiveness and optimizing ROI in a data-driven manner.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to improve lead generation efficiency and foster revenue growth.
  • Regularly analyze marketing performance data and propose concrete improvement plans.
  • Deeply understand market trends and customer pain points to optimize brand positioning and market communication strategies.


Job Requirements

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably with a background in SaaS or Software.
  • Proven experience in demand generation and sales pipeline acceleration, capable of closely linking marketing efforts with revenue goals.
  • Proficiency in marketing campaign planning, content marketing, and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and Salesforce, with the ability to translate marketing insights into business results.
  • Excellent copywriting and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
