Job Intro

We are seeking a highly experienced marketing talent to lead our dynamic marketing team and drive impactful growth across global markets (mainly Taiwan and SEA). The marketing team is currently structured into two key pillars: the Creative Team, responsible for campaigns, social media, video production, and public relations, and the Platform Team, which focuses on SEO, performance marketing, and B2B initiatives. In this role, you will oversee the platform team, guiding strategic direction and ensuring seamless collaboration with the creative team and other cross-functional teams to achieve our ambitious marketing goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Platform Team (key functions including SEO, performance marketing, B2B marketing, and product marketing) to deliver on global marketing objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies to tackle opportunities for SEO growth, such as achieving top rankings for highly competitive keywords.
• Enhance product marketing efforts, including multichannel campaigns using tools like Braze, to drive user engagement and retention.
• Drive B2B marketing initiatives to generate high-quality leads and support sales objectives, such as CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and LTV (Lifetime Value).
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance to refine strategies and optimize ROI.
• Collaborate with and guide overseas marketing team members on relevant initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with broader company goals.
• Act as a mentor and coach, building the skills and capabilities of the marketing team.
• Stay hands-on with key marketing activities to ensure execution excellence.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven experience in content, product, and B2B marketing, with a strong focus on lead generation and SEO.
• Demonstrated success in ranking medium to highly competitive keywords in top positions, ideally achieving top rankings for super-hard keywords.
• Track record of delivering strategic guidance and achieving significant results across multiple marketing domains.
• Professional-level English proficiency.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategic oversight and tactical execution.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience in global SaaS companies.
• Familiarity with managing overseas content writing teams or SEO specialists.
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Native or near native fluency in English.
