App and Web UI design
Project management
UX Design and Research
Competitive analysis and trend monitoring
Conduct brainstorming sessions and pitch ideas cross-functionally, involving PM, RD, and executive levels
Apply Design Thinking and User-centered design methodology within the team
Mentor and provide design coaching
Requirements
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma, ProtoPie, or any other prototyping tools
