Job Description

  1. Leading foundry management product engineering team
  2. Enhancing product development and increasing yield through collaboration with the Foundry.
  3. Effectively managing all NPI issues across teams, ensuring adherence to schedule and guiding the transition to mass production.
  4. Producing meticulously organized characterization reports, analyzing data thoroughly to identify strengths and weaknesses in mass production implementation.
  5. Proficiently communicating with customers and vendors, adept at facilitating collaboration between internal teams and external partners to accomplish various tasks.
  6. Conducting advanced evaluations of processes and vendors to establish superiority in product manufacturing and development.

Requirements

  1. Possessing a minimum of 15 years of experience in Product Engineering and Process Integration Engineering within IC manufacturing.
  2. Demonstrating expertise in professional IC manufacturing, including product and test program development, circuit design, and testing.
  3. Hands-on experience in improving yield and resolving issues related to Mass Production (MP) and New Product Introduction (NPI), including Early Failure Analysis (EFA) and Product Failure Analysis (PFA).
  4. Fluent in Mandarin and English communication, with adept presentation skills for both internal teams and customers.
  5. Management experience overseeing a team of engineers.
