【What You’ll Do】
- Build and improve internal tools and libraries that enhance developer productivity and software quality.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing systems, and internal SDK build flows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the reliability and speed of software delivery.
- Conduct code reviews, share best practices, and help shape the internal developer platform.
- Continuously analyze workflows and propose data-driven improvements to developer experience.

Requirements
【We’re Looking For】
- 4+ years of software engineering experience, with solid understanding of build and automation pipelines.
- Strong coding skills in Kotlin, Java, or Golang.
- Experience in CI/CD system setup and automated testing infrastructure.
- Passion for improving developer experience and productivity tools.
- Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills in a global team.
