We are partnering with a leading international music technology company to hire a highly experienced Paid Media Director to build and lead a world-class in-house paid media function.
This role will be a key architect of the company’s global growth engine, owning paid media strategy across DTC, Marketplace, and B2B channels. You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, BI, Creative, E-commerce, Product, and Finance teams to drive scalable, data-driven growth through performance marketing.

💼 Key Responsibilities
1. Build In-House Paid Media Capabilities
- Design and implement paid media workflows, SOPs, and operating systems
- Establish strong cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, BI, Creative, E-commerce, and Product teams
- Build scalable structures for campaign planning, testing, reporting, and creative iteration
- Integrate AI tools and advanced automation into the paid media operating model
2. Develop Omni-Channel Paid Media Strategy
- Define the role of each channel across the funnel (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon Ads, and emerging platforms)
- Develop full-funnel strategies covering acquisition, remarketing, retention, and expansion
- Own budget allocation methodology using MER, marginal return analysis, and incrementality frameworks
- Evaluate and launch new platforms to diversify growth and extend reach
3. Build Creative Engine & Performance Content Strategy
- Design and own a structured creative testing framework
- Partner closely with marketing and creative teams to ideate, brief, and produce performance-driven content
- Establish rapid iteration processes to scale winning creatives efficiently
- Translate audience insights into clear creative direction
4. Develop Omni-Channel Measurement & Analytics (with BI)
- Build cross-platform reporting and attribution systems, including off-platform and channel sell-through tracking
- Define KPI architecture across channels and funnel stages
- Lead incrementality testing initiatives (e.g. geo tests, lift studies)
- Leverage analytics to inform strategic budget decisions and growth opportunities
5. Leadership & Cross-Functional Impact
- Act as the strategic owner of paid media ROI and customer acquisition efficiency
- Collaborate with E-commerce, CRM, Creative, Product, and Finance teams on growth initiatives
- Mentor, develop, and scale the paid media team
