The Talent Circulation Alliance (TCA), now operating under the Digital Innovation Talent Enhancement Program by Taiwan’s Administration for Digital Industries (MoDA), aims to cultivate highly capable international professionals with digital application skills—and strengthen their global competitiveness.

This initiative brings together cross-border digital education and industry immersion through:

• Online Digital Academy: Free access to a rich curriculum spanning AI, IoT, smart content, data science, and digital marketing—designed for equality and accessibility Ministry of Digital Affairs.
• Domain‑Specific Workshops: Hands-on, interactive sessions—such as AI and digital marketing labs—equip trainees with practical skills for today’s international workplace, complemented by hundreds of curated English online courses available through the academy.
• Final Project Presentations & Awards: A showcase where participants present team-led projects in cross-disciplinary, international groups—culminating in prestigious events like the DIGI+ × TCA Global Digital Talent Awards, with hundreds of students and industry professionals participating.
