THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Material Coordinator who will play a critical role in ensuring seamless material flow across the organization by optimizing NPI material management and maintaining accurate records to support build phases and enhance operational efficiency.
THE PERSON:
This role requires strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should be a collaborative team player, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, and focused on delivering process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work in close coordination with Program Manager, Procurement, Engineer, and Logistics teams to ensure efficient inventory flow across projects.
- Manage end-to-end material flow, including unloading, labeling, system receiving, warehouse inbound, and coordinating shipping arrangements for both domestic and international shipments.
- Responsible for managing NPI material warehouses, optimizing material storage, ensuring inventory accuracy through quarterly cycle counts and reconciliation, and overseeing disposal activities in compliance with company policy.
- Provide support for ad-hoc projects and additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- 1–5 years of experience in materials, inventory, warehouse, or
logistics operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and ERP systems
- Ability to communicate clearly in both verbal and written English and Chinese
- Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related technical or business field
