Operations Manager
Job Description
We are a tight team of bilingual professionals with passion who do what they love with people we love. We create scripts, photos, and videos for international brands and local clients! We are looking for an alpha-type controller who is passionate about systems and loves to see a tight operation running perfectly. We want someone outspoken who understands that work is work, and while we need to enjoy what we do its needs to be done right. If you are a leader who wants to challenge and build something together then lets do it!
The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. It's a fast paced working environment and so systems are key, YOU are key! The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields (not necessarily video only)
Responsibilities:
- Internal Systems (Obsessed with optimization and Maximization)
- SOP & Workflow Creation and Optimization using Notion
- Project Management
- Basic book-keeping (will consider outsourcing)
- Bilingual (Mandarin/English)
- Connected in the industry & can contribute to lead gen(either within film, tech, marketing or advertising.)
- Be 1% better everyday

- 1+ years of experience in a similar role
