SSD/UFS 驗證工程師 (高級/資深工程師/經理)

1. Deeply study of SSD/UFS product requirement, SoC design documents, FW design documents, JEDEC spec and NAND behavior and characterization spec, then define the test strategy, develop the test plans for full coverage.

2. Define the SSD/UFS drive level qualification plan targeting for OEM market and requirement
3. Focus on SSD/UFS stability, manufacturing test, RDT, compatibility and benchmark test, covering JEDEC219 endurance test, RDT, environment test, different platform and OS compatibility, all kinds of 3rd party test tool.
4. Test case implementation for different validation phase: SSD drive functional coverage validation, customer/OEM testing and SSD RDT testing.
5. Develop and enhance the qualification automation framework, optimize validation methodology to shorten the validation cycle and enhance the validation coverage.
6. Test execution and management per test plan on different hardware platform: HW emulator, FPGA platform and real SSD drive. Analyzing test results. FW, SoC, HW system issue debugging.
7. Work closely with FW engineer, AISC design engineer, hardware system design engineer, to solve the tough bugs, then find the solution for SSD product

Required Qualifications:
• Expertise in Python, C, scripting languages, programming tools and environments.
• Experience in SSD/UFS product validation, qualification
• Experience in SSD/UFS OEM qualification flow, capable to drive the OEM qualification process
• Familiar with OEM test procedure and requirement
• Good knowledge of SSD/UFS product FW/HW features
• Knowledge of PCIe, NVMe, NAND bus (ONFI/Toggle) protocol.
• Trouble shooting skills: FW log and HW trace analyzing.
• Knowledge to use test equipment, such as Oscilloscope, Logic Analyzer, PCIe/NVMe/UFS analyzer and so on.

The below knowledge and skills are plus:
• NAND Storage product system validation and qualification experience
• SSD/UFS controller/validation and debug experience
• Expertise on PCIe/NVM/UFS, JEDEC, NAND protocol
• Strong knowledge of OEM SSD requirement.
