We’re hiring for a Digital Marketing Specialist in dedicated to taking responsibility for a key client account - Neteon, a US-based Industrial Network distributor, and Neteon is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their dynamic team. If you’re someone who thrives in crafting engaging content, driving social media growth, and leading account-based marketing strategies, we want to hear from you. At Neteon, we embrace innovative technologies and are committed to delivering top-notch industrial networking solutions.

主要職責:

• 開發並執行數位行銷活動，吸引並轉化客戶
• 為博客、電子郵件、社群媒體等創建引人注目且高影響力的內容
• 領導社群媒體管理，增強我們在多個平台上的線上存在
• 實施有效的基於帳戶的行銷策略，針對關鍵客戶
• 利用行銷科技SaaS工具推動表現並分析活動效果

必備條件:

• 流利的英語書寫和中等口語能力，能有效與我們的美國團隊合作
• 願意彈性工作時間，每天因時區差異與美國團隊合作約2-3小時 (美東時間 New Tork, GMT -4 hours)

優先條件:

• 熟悉使用GA4、GTM、HubSpot、Webflow、Omnisend以及LinkedIn Navigator進行數據分析
• 擁有AI提示工程的強大知識，能精簡內容創作及目標受眾
• 擅長AI行銷及數據驅動的策略，優化行銷活動
• 精通SEO，提高能見度並推動自然流量

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that captivate and convert
• Create engaging, high-impact content for blogs, email, social media, and more
• Lead social media management, growing our online presence across multiple platforms
• Implement effective account-based marketing strategies to target key clients
• Leverage martech SaaS tools to drive performance and analyze campaign effectiveness

Must Have:

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with our US team
• Willingness to work flexible hours to collaborate with the US team for 2-3 hours daily, due to time zone differences (Eastern Daylight Time) UTC/GMT -4 hours)

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in Data Analysis with GA4, GTM, HubSpot, Webflow, Omnisend, and LinkedIn Navigator
• Strong knowledge of AI Prompt Engineering to streamline content creation and audience targeting
• Expertise in AI Marketing and data-driven strategies to optimize campaigns
• Proficiency in SEO to increase visibility and drive organic traffic
