Timeline Technologies was founded in 2016 as an algorithmic trading firm. We have since expanding our offering to include execution services and technology solutions. We are looking to continue to expand our capabilities and headcount. Our offices in Shenzhen, China and Taipei, Taiwan currently have over 20 engineers and we are looking to hire an technical recruiter in Taipei to help us grow even faster.

As the Technical Recruiter, you will help us find top talent and put them in the right roles throughout the firm. You will work clearly with the management team on ensuring we have the necessary talent to achieve our milestones.

Primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Recruit top-tier engineering and business talent at a rapidly-growing company.
• Provide a great candidate experience throughout every step of the interview process.
• Actively meet prospective candidates in-person and maintain long relationships with top talent
• Screen applicants, coordinate onsite interviews, and conduct reference checks.
• Build strong pipelines and proactively source passive candidates.
• Manage and expand our diversity and inclusion initiative.
• Collect and analyze data on our recruiting funnel, and make recommendations about how to improve our processes.
• Consult with business leaders, hiring managers and HR leaders regarding headcount management, hiring profiles, candidates, programs, fiscal planning, etc.

• 2+ year’s experience in HR and recruitment function
• Good spoken English (both written/spoken)
• Strong Staffing and business consulting skills
• Experience using strong collaboration skills to successfully deliver cross-group initiatives
• Must be self-critical and able to deliver results in an ambiguous environment
• Must be a self-starter and be able to understand the larger picture of business operations
