Job Description
職務說明
核心幕僚單位，負責集團內各事業(餐飲、運動娛樂、原料)與三大基金會之營運與專案管理。需以對商業的敏銳度、解決問題的能力及專案的時程掌握與重要關係人管理，協助日常營運，生意策略分析。
工作內容
1. 集團事業發展經營環境分析與評估，經營績效檢討、改善分析。
2. 短中長期策略規劃及關鍵議題釐清。
3. 管理機制與系統流程的建構與精進。
4. 經營績效檢討、改善分析及輔導。
5. 重要專案追蹤列管及彙報。
6. 會議系統制定、安排與協調。
7. 專案規劃執行、推動與管理。
Requirements
工作經驗 : 3年以上
學歷 : 大學以上
語言 : 英文(聽:精通、說:精通、讀:精通、寫:精通)
工作技能:
1.專案成本╱品質╱風險管理
2.專案管理架構及專案說明
3.專案規劃執行╱範圍管理
4.專案時間╱進度控管
5.提案與簡報技巧
6.專案溝通╱整合管理
其他條件 :
1. 具國內大型企業或跨國公司經營企劃或經營分析相關工作經驗佳。
2.具財報分析、經營分析相關專業歷練。
3.具有獨立工作能力和團隊合作精神、自我激勵、適應能力和積極態度。
4.能夠學習新技術，同時執行多項任務，保持準確性，遵守公司政策。
