Business Analyst 商業分析師(台北)

【Job Responsibilities】

• Diagnosis root causes and analyze data sets to develop actionable insights that can drive impactful business decisions
• Develop ad hoc reports that will lead to insights and analysis needed for the business
• Work with Product Development teams to conduct and interpret analysis results with a focus on actionable next steps
• Streamline reports process with automation tools
• Support key decision makers to improve products and services

【Qualification】

• BA/BS in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology or other equivalent qualifications
• Experience working with statistical software (e.g. R, Python, Excel, etc.)
• Basic statistical principles and practical applications
• Basic understanding of software user behavior and flow
• Experience in measuring cost and production

• 良好的統計能力，並能根據所產出的數字提供商業洞察
• 能將分析結果轉化為商業上的建議
• 有良好的表達能力與簡報能力把分析脈絡敘述給利益關係者理解
• 具備SQL 語法撰寫經驗
• 具備使用及設定GA/GTM相關經驗，進行用戶行為追蹤及分析
• 有使用統計軟體的經驗（如 R, Python, Excel 等）
• 使用過資料視覺化相關工具（例如Tableau、Qlikview、Metabase、Excel等）
• 具備基礎軟體使用者經驗知識
• 具備 A/B Test 進行假設驗證經驗
