【採線上面談】Product Owner for business 產品負責人

You are the heart of the product and will be responsible for upholding the project’s vision and driving the products from ideation to release and into live operations, all while maximizing impact in the market by making strong creative, and data-driven decisions.

【Job Responsabilities】
1. Groom and prioritize backlog.
2. Implement competitive market survey and decide the product roadmap with the team leads, based on a combination of market reality, analytical insights from data, and operational capabilities.
3. Develop detailed specification (acceptance criteria) for product features that are clearly understood by the development teams.
4. Inspire a cross-disciplinary team to deliver features to the highest quality standards, in alignment with performance goals.
5. Work closely with account manager and come up with product promotion plans to expand our business.
6. Initiate product performance monitoring and analysis to discover new opportunity.

【Job Specification】
1. Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle.
2. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the willingness to creatively get the job done.
3. Comfortable working in cross-functional team with sometimes ambiguous priorities.

【Nice to have】

・Experience in the software development industry for at least 2 years.
・Exposed to Agile software development for at least 1 year.
・Worked with teams in developing products or projects at least for one full cycle.
・TOEIC 850+
