This roll is responsible for developing new technologies and products that are completely new to TLV's current product lineup, in order to solve customer company problems and meet advanced user needs.
In new product development, This roll acts as a development project leader, advancing product development that matches the customer's needs and taking leadership in testing usage in the market, and continues research and development in order to introduce TLV's next-generation products to the market.
However, even with a strong focus on development, it is important to note that This roll is not confined to the research lab or experiment lab and is expected to work on product development while standing on top of direct communication with customer companies.
