【 About the role 】

We’re looking for a Senior Logistics Specialist who combines strong global logistics expertise with a digital-first mindset.

In this role, you will manage Amazon cross-border logistics operations and help connect our global supply network across markets. Beyond day-to-day execution, we hope you proactively use AI tools, data insights, and workflow automation to improve operational visibility, streamline processes, and support faster, more reliable delivery experiences for customers around the world.

【 What you'll do 】

- Amazon B2B Operations

♦ Manage Amazon Vendor Central / Seller Central operations, including FBA inbound planning and labeling compliance.

♦ Monitor shipment status, inventory flow, and operational exceptions to ensure smooth fulfillment execution.

- Global Logistics Planning

♦ Coordinate international cross-border transportation across ocean freight, air freight, and express shipping.

♦ Work closely with internal teams and logistics partners to optimize shipping plans, lead time, and logistics costs.

♦ Support multi-country shipment planning and execution while ensuring stable supply continuity.

- AI-enabled Process Optimization

♦ Actively use AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, and workflow automation platforms) to improve daily documentation, email communication, reporting, and operational coordination.

♦ Apply data analysis to support inventory forecasting, shipment planning, and routing optimization.

♦ Identify opportunities to automate repetitive workflows and continuously improve operational efficiency and scalability.

【 Who you are 】

♦ 5+ years of international logistics or supply chain operations experience.

♦ Hands-on experience in Amazon cross-border e-commerce logistics, including FBA operations.

♦ Strong problem-solving ability with practical experience using generative AI tools to improve work outcomes.

♦ Comfortable working with data, operational analysis, and process optimization.

♦ Strong English communication skills, including business writing and cross-functional collaboration.

♦ Curious about digital transformation and open to adopting new tools and working methods.

【Nice to Have 】

♦ Experience using low-code or no-code tools to improve operational workflows.

♦ Familiarity with cross-border tax, customs clearance, and trade compliance.

♦ Experience working in fast-paced global consumer product or e-commerce environments.
