We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our Data Team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in designing, building, and maintaining the data infrastructure that powers our data products. You'll work closely with data scientists, analysts, and product managers to create robust, scalable data pipelines and architectures.

The Data Product Team focused on delivering high-impact, scalable data solutions that drive business value. We leverage cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to transform raw data into actionable insights and automated decision-making tools. 【 What you'll do 】

• Design, implement, and optimize data pipelines and lakehouse using AWS cloud services.
• Develop and maintain ELT processes to integrate data from various sources.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and security across our data ecosystem.
• Contribute to the architecture and development of our data products, monitor the performance of data solutions and participate in optimization efforts to enhance product efficiency.
• Work closely with data analysts and business users to understand business requirements and provide actionable insights or effective data solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices within the team.

【 Who you are 】

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Extensive experience with AWS cloud services (e.g., S3, Redshift, EMR, Glue) and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
• Familiarity with data modeling and database design principles.
• Understanding of AI and machine learning fundamentals and their applications in data engineering.
• Experience implementing data quality checks and monitoring systems.
• Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Adaptability to rapidly evolving technologies and methodologies in the AI and data space.

( Preferred Qualifications )

• Experience in a product-oriented environment and familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Experience with Databricks, familiarity with analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Braze, and Tableau.
• Familiarity with data quality and observability tools and frameworks. (e.g., Great Expectations, Monte Carlo, Datadog.)
• Knowledge of machine learning pipelines and MLOps practices, familiarity with AI/ML platforms such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or cloud-based AI services (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure ML).
• Experience with real-time data processing and streaming technologies.
• Track record of successful delivery of data-driven projects with measurable business impact.
