Our Team

Global HR Tech team in Corp IS mainly responsible for the HR-related systems. We must ensure that global employee data is maintain correctly and securely, particularly concerning integrations with other internal systems.In addition to supports global HR operation excellence in main platform, Workday, we also leverage MS power platform to fulfill and achieve business requirements.

Responsibility

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy robust and scalable software applications. Take ownership of end-to-end feature development, from design and implementation to testing and deployment.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to coding standards and documentation practices.
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Maintain and improve a system implemented under Workday integration, PECI, EIB, WD reporting, .Net, C#, Python, Jenkins and Windows tech stack.
  • Coordinate people and processes across different functions, groups, or teams to achieve business goals or deliver technical improvements.
  • Take time for learning and continuous improvement, building your skills and exploring interests beyond current work tasks.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of professional experience in software development / ERP deployment, with a strong focus on backend development.
  • At least 2 years of experience building scalable, performant applications in cloud native environments. Azure experience is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages, including .Net, C#, Python and JavaScript.
  • Good experience with back-end application development with SQL server.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Big Plus:

  • Experience with large-scale, resilient microservice and event-driven architectures, REST APIs.
  • Experience with automated CI/CD pipelines.
