主管平日負責公司內部軟體工程部門管理、新客戶解決方案提案、商業機會探索研究工作，此職缺助理負責協助主管完成上述任務，主管願意帶新人學習，也希望應徵者有學習精神。工作多為專案、業務或資訊相關業務，具體工作舉例包含：
- 專案與會議決議事項追蹤跟進與落實
- 客戶與廠商間工作事項溝通協調
- 軟體系統專案素材研究與摘要
- 協助合約修改與審閱
- 協助提案與報價規劃
- 日常工作項目追蹤與安排
- 其他主管交代任務
