We are hiring a highly analytical and operationally strong Supply Chain Manager to support and scale a growing Amazon and Walmart consumer products business.
This role will report directly to our Head of Supply Chain and work cross-functionally with leadership, finance, PPC, and operations teams.
We are not looking for a passive coordinator.
We are looking for someone who understands how inventory, forecasting, cash flow, seasonality, manufacturing, and Amazon operations connect inside a real operating business.
ABOUT US
We are a multi-million-dollar Amazon and Walmart native consumer products company with ~300 SKUs across office, organization, school, and paper-product categories.
Our business has strong seasonality (Back-to-School and Calendar peaks), international manufacturing partners, and a growing operational infrastructure.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Inventory Planning & Forecasting * Build and maintain SKU-level inventory forecasts
* Monitor weeks of cover, stockout risk, and inbound timing
* Incorporate seasonality, PPC strategy, and promotional calendars into forecasting
* Identify reorder timing and inventory risk proactively
* Support cash-aware inventory planning
Purchase Order Management
* Coordinate with factories and suppliers
* Track PO timelines, deposits, production schedules, and shipment readiness
* Monitor delays and escalate risks early
* Ensure clean communication between internal teams and vendors
Amazon / Walmart Operations
* Coordinate FBA shipment planning and replenishment
* Monitor inbound receiving issues and inventory discrepancies
* Track stranded inventory, AWD/FBA transitions, and inventory health
* Support operational reporting and data integrity
Cross-Functional Operations
* Work closely with the Manager of Supply Chain on execution and planning
* Coordinate with finance regarding cash timing and inventory commitments
* Coordinate with PPC/marketing around seasonal demand spikes and inventory constraints
* Help improve operational workflows, reporting, and forecasting systems
