Responsibilities: CPO is seeking highly motivated Corporate Planning Associates with strong capabilities for problem solving and planning optimization etc. related to resources, production and customer affairs. As an Associate, you rotate through different 3 roles in the first year to gain broad exposure to TSMC corporate planning. Also, you’ll receive tailored training along the way. The program includes 2 rotations focused primarily on operation resources planning, production planning or business operation. Additionally, it offers opportunities to engage in strategic planning or business process reengineering for analytics or process improvement.
