As an Associate, you rotate through different 3 roles in the first year to gain broad exposure to TSMC corporate planning. Also, you’ll receive tailored training along the way. The program includes 2 rotations focused primarily on operation resources planning, production planning or business operation. Your responsibilities include analyzing market dynamics and trends across the PC and server supply chain by utilizing effective business intelligence tools, as well as quantifying their impact on the company through numerical demand modeling.
