Job Description

  1. 預估工時、規劃產線:執行製造可行性評估 (DFM) 以確保新產品順利導入生產。
  2. 制訂標準工時及作業流程:進行生產模式規劃、標準化分析及線平衡改善,持續優化生產效率。
  3. 成本分析與追蹤改善:進行製造成本分析,透過PDCA 改善流程,降低無效工時與製造費用,提升整體生產效益。
  4. 規劃廠區設備布局,優化物流空間利用,參與及推動自動化專案以提升生產自動化程度。
  5. 建立人力標準配置,推動精實生產機制,提升團隊效能。

Requirements

  • 熟悉 EXCEL 函式、樞紐分析或 VBA 為佳
  • 具工廠生產規劃及邏輯分析力,可清楚表達並與相關單位溝通協調
  • 具數字觀念,說服力與執行力提報可執行方案(有效/最佳方案)
  • 2年以上 IE/PC 相關實務改善之經驗
