Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Investor Relations Manager to join our team at TTFB Group(瓦城泰統集團) , a publicly listed and OTC-listed conglomerate. As an Investor Relations manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with domestic and international institutional and individual investors. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with domestic and international institutional and individual investors.
  • Organizing regular analyst meetings, arranging face-to-face meetings with domestic and international investors, and conducting conference calls.
  • Creating presentations and press releases in both Chinese and English, as well as maintaining investor relations-related websites.
  • Developing and implementing short, medium, and long-term Investor Relations plans aligned with the company's overall strategic goals.
  • Keeping abreast of operational and industry analysis, as well as financial analysis reports.
  • Interacting with the media and assisting in public relations activities to enhance the company's public image.

Requirements

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Investor Relations within a listed company or financial institution.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with investors, analysts, and the media.
  • Excellent proficiency in both Chinese and English, with exceptional writing skills to create compelling presentations and press releases.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand and interpret financial and operational data.
  • Familiarity with financial markets, investment trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive attitude with a strong attention to detail.
