CI/CD流程優化。 6. 與開發團隊成員、Product Owner及相關stackholder合作。 7. 引導Junior Software Engineer共同成長。 8. 進行Code Review及共同討論Code Convention。 【可能接觸到的技術】 1. Our mission is to extend the influence of traditional media to millions of users through robust and innovative technology. We do more than just maintain websites; we build and operate a complex ecosystem that handles over 200 million daily requests and processes petabytes of data traffic. This ecosystem powers our news portals, e-commerce platforms, and content hubs (like Shi Shang Wan Jia and Woman Queen). We are seeking a Backend Engineer who is passionate about technology and committed to code quality. You will tackle high-concurrency challenges, contribute to architectural evolution, and join us in exploring the migration from our current PHP/Laravel stack to Golang, building more resilient and performant services for the future. Key responsibilities include: Core System Development: Develop, maintain, and tune the performance of high-traffic platforms (news, content sites, e-commerce).API Architecture Design: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, highly available RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications (Android/iOS).System Architecture Evolution: Participate in system refactoring and microservices decomposition; evaluate and introduce new technologies (like Golang) to address performance bottlenecks and business needs.Cloud Service Integration: Collaborate with the SRE team to design resilient and scalable application architectures using AWS/GCP services (e.g., EKS, Lambda, SQS).Quality and Process Improvement: Champion code reviews, write unit tests, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines to enhance delivery efficiency and stability.Team Growth (for Senior candidates): Mentor junior engineers, share best practices, and contribute to the team's overall technical growth.
