【新竹/台北】國際人力資源專員 Global HR Specialist (視情況彈性在家辦公)

職責範疇:

【國際薪酬與人資法遵管理（70%）】
1. 負責國內與海外（美國、紐西蘭、法國等地）員工之薪資結算與所得稅申報。
2. 勞保、健保、退休金等制度之申報與法遵管理。
3. 法遵管理、勞資會議召開與核備。
4. 其他主管指派之人力資源專案與任務。


【海內外招募與任用支援（20%）】
1. 協助部門主管擬定招募策略，涵蓋台灣與海外職缺。
2. 執行招募流程、協助海內外人才任用流程。


【其他人資行政支援（10%）】
1. 差勤與人資系統維護與優化。
2. 離職流程管理與關懷制度規劃。
3. 擔任海外辦公室 HR 事務窗口，協助日常人資協調與流程整合。



As a member of Ubiik's HR team, you will drive business growth by managing compensation-related matters and supporting recruitment and cross-functional HR projects. This role requires strong HR expertise and adaptability across diverse areas. We welcome proactive individuals with a global mindset to join us in our rapid expansion across multiple markets.

This position offers flexible WFH arrangements. Occasionally, early shifts may be required to align with North American time zones, depending on business needs. In return, we offer flexibility and trust—perfect for those passionate about international HR management!


【Global Compensation & Benefits (70%)】

1. Responsible for payroll processing and income tax filing for employees in Taiwan, the US, New Zealand, France, and other locations.
2. Administer social insurance, health insurance, pension contributions, and ensure labor law compliance.
3. Support other HR operations, projects, or assignments as needed (e.g., compensation planning and analysis projects).

【Recruitment (20%)】
1. Assist in developing recruitment strategies for both local and international roles.
2. Execute recruitment procedures and support onboarding for domestic and international hires.

【Other HR Operational Support (10%)】
1. Maintain and optimize attendance and HRIS systems.
2. Manage employee offboarding processes.
3. Act as the HR point of contact for overseas offices.

1. 具備2~5 年人力資源經驗，具備薪酬專案執行、勞資法規等實務經驗，並對薪資結算、差勤管理有一定熟練程度。(Must)
2. 數據分析與專案管理能力。(Plus)
3. 因公司有來自7個不同國家的人才一起工作，故HR須具備優秀的外語溝通技巧，能跨國協調合作並解決問題。(Must)
4. 人力資源管理、工商管理或相關領域學士學位以上。(Must)
