Overview:

Supporting B2B Sales business through internal coordination, administrative/system, attending to
customers’ inquiries.

Justification

We have increased bulk purchase target in this FY64. Tasks currently managed by two
senior members need to be made more effective, i.e. more customer management and service. Other
non-critical support tasks will be shifted to back-office staff. Meanwhile the current staff is Admin
level and already managing administrative works of another Department as well (joint resource).
Hence, we want to on board new staff with not only administrative role, but also capable to do
internal coordination and a bit of handling customers’ inquiries.

Primary Duties:

  • Internal coordination: follow up each customer progress from dashboard, check inventory
    allocation status to Inventory Control, monitor and follow up Faktur Pajak status, communicate
    to Customer Center and update communication status for customers inbound to CC.
  • Progress tracking and report: check stock availability through Sharepoint based on customers
    inquiry, daily report, summarize data and progress for weekly report, create monthly bulk
    purchase achievement, check customers payment status.
  • Follow up past and existing customers and seek for possibility of repeat order. Handle the initial
    communication and escalate to Sales if needed.
  • Other tasks related to B2B Sales as deemed necessary.

Requirements

Skills Required:

Communication, administration, customer service, MsOffice.

Qualification/ Requirements

  • Minimum D-3 education related to business, administration, management. S-1 (bachelor) would be an advantage,
  • Related work experience as Sales Staff/Admin for minimum 3 years in retail industry,especially from fashion retail companies or multinational retail companies is preferred. Have experience in similar role.
  • Customer oriented and possess a win-win mentality. Ability to work independently and contribute to greater goals.
  • Able to speak English with professional working proficiency.
  • Aptitude in problem-solving, decision-making and working with numbers (experience in collecting and analyzing data).
  • Attention to detail, strong time management skills, communication skills, ability to work well with others. Outstanding leadership and communication skills.
