• Final-year undergraduate students (all majors) or Fresh Graduates. Students from Psychology, Management, or Communications are preferred.

• Strong passion for Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and People Coordination.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian (English is a plus) to interact professionally with corporate partners and students.

• Basic understanding of how to review CVs and match candidate profiles with specific job requirements.

• Proficient in using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and LinkedIn for sourcing information.
