Product Manager

### Responsibilities

- Plan favorable business strategies according to different products, Integrate and analyze relevant information to design product requirements.

- Write Product Requirement Document, Integrate cross-departmental resources according to the actual situation and arrange the project schedule.

- Lead the product development process, facilitate any workflow that benefits output, keep the team able to consistently deliver high-quality results.

- Continuously collect and analyze data of competing products, discuss with the development team and propose highly feasible improvement strategies.

### Must to have

- Logical thinking ability to sort out complex product requirements, able to integrate relevant information and express requirements clearly when communicating across departments.

- Have practical experience in Internet products, and be able to design or optimize existing products based on user needs and behavior habits.

- Be able to keep an open mind following the changes and requirements of the existing market, and put forward professional opinions that are beneficial to the product and the team.

- Familiar with software product development cycle and process.

### Better to have

- Have a background in software development or UX.
- Familiar with more than one data analysis tool.
