HR Account Manager

The HR Account Manager will address key HR challenges in the food industry, including high employee turnover, food safety compliance, and implementing effective training for a diverse workforce.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or food industry specialization is a plus).
• Preferred HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP).
• 7–8 years of experience in HR management, consulting, or account management in the food or high-turnover industries.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, compliance, training, performance management).
