HR Operations Manager

The HR Operations Manager oversees daily HR operations, ensuring efficient processes and compliance with labor laws. This role involves managing HR policies, systems, and procedures, as well as leading the HR operations team to support organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a Master’s degree or food industry specialization is a plus.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
• 7-8 years of HR management or consulting experience, preferably in the food industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and training in the food industry.
