We're looking for a visionary Founding Product Designer who can transform complex technical challenges into intuitive user experiences, shape our design language, and collaborate closely with founders to communicate our product vision.

🛠️ Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product design, from user research and problem definition through wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design, with a strong focus on creating intuitive interfaces for complex AI interactions.
• Design intelligent, transparent interfaces that effectively communicate AI capabilities while maintaining user trust and control, ensuring users understand when and how AI is acting on their behalf.
• Own the visual design system and establish a cohesive design language that reflects our brand identity while prioritizing usability and intuitive interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with the rest of the founding team to ensure design feasibility, maintain design integrity throughout implementation, and adapt rapidly to changing requirements.
• Create compelling visual assets and presentations that effectively communicate our AI product vision to stakeholders, investors, and potential customers, translating complex technical capabilities into clear value propositions.

📋 Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a product designer position with a proven track record of creating intuitive interfaces for complex technical products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes, visual design skills, and experience with design systems.
• Experience designing for AI-powered products and communicating complex AI capabilities through transparent, trustworthy interfaces.
• Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite) and prototyping techniques.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field; or equivalent professional experience. Master's degree preferred.

➕ Additional Information

• Base salary will be based on experience and in the range of TWD 1M - 2M / year, combined with founding hire equity.
