ACTIVITIES 

• Assist colleagues draft and prepare proposals, letters, etc.
• Liaise between team, landlord and customers.
• Gathers and coordinates materials necessary for transactions such as listing agreements, commission agreements, leases, and sales agreements.
• Prepares offers, term sheets, and lease amendments under direct supervision
• Prepare and proceed paper work like leasing contract, annex, notice send and recieve of tenants
• Prepare and analyze assigned reports
• Do other tasks assigned by Line Manager
• Be honest and follow Group’s policies.
• Working Time: Full-time From Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  
• Work Location: GO! Thang Long (222 Tran Duy Hung Street, Trung Hoa Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi)

COMPETENCIES

Functional knowledge & experience:

- Good knowledge in Retail industry is an advantage but not necessary,

Functional skill:

- Commitment, accuracy and attention to detail

- Good working attitude, ability to work both independently and as part of a team

REQUIRED BACKGROUND & ATTITUDE

- Duration: Willing to take a 6-month internship.

- Education: Bachelor’s/ College’s degree or any relevant Economics, Languages, Finance

- Language: Fluent English communication. French is an advantage.

- Office skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams…)

- Attitude: Honest, Hardworking, Positive and Flexible, Time management, Communication
