About the Role:
This program is designed to equip trainees with the skills and knowledge required for effective factory management. It includes hands-on experience in mechanical activities, resource management, and production processes, ensuring that participants gain practical insights into operations and leadership in a manufacturing environment.
Location: Hải Phòng, Vietnam
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Identify mechanical activities, direct and indirect staff, resources, and production processes within the workplace.
• Define the scope and limitations of the roles of supervisory managers.
• Confirm production goals.
• Establish quality standards for key checkpoints in the production process.
• Verify production requirements, including labor, machinery, equipment, materials, and molding tools.
• Ensure customer requirements for the production process are met.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Participate in and provide administrative support to senior management.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written) and basic communication in Chinese.
• Positive attitude; capable of working independently.
• Strong ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize competing demands effectively.
• Demonstrates professionalism in managing correspondence and maintaining a well-organized schedule.
