B. Braun Vietnam (BBVN) Fresh Speed Up is a professional training and on-the-job development program for final year student or fresh graduates with less than 1 year of working experience. This program develops young and willing-to-learn talents into the next generation of BBVN employees.

Successful candidates will join a development stint with professional career and coaching plan within chosen department. There will be an assessment with department heads and HR to assess the performance and confirm you to become permanent employee of BBVN."

A/ JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Perform a variety of accounting activities in accordance with accounting principles and standards to control the organization’s financial resources and ensure that in complies with all relevant regulations, laws and reporting requirements.
• Checking all payment request (staff claim & local vendor payment) on e-claim system.
• Receiving, checking and booking the documents of sales staff claims and vendor’s invoices.
• Ensure that all the payments get paid after having cross-checked PR, PO, delivery note, invoice & all DN-outstanding within payment terms. Invoices booking into right account/cost center.
• Control accrual expense for month-end closing.
• Making bank payment; Bank statement posting.
