Intel Vietnam - Data Analyst Intern for Manufacturing (MFG)

• Support project coordination activities such as inventory cycle counts, reconciliation, and process documentation.
• Assist in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development to improve operational transparency and decision-making.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies or best practices in automation and compliance management.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and knowledge-sharing materials.
• Participate in team engagement and improvement activities, including organizing or co-leading a small team event.
• Deliver at least two process improvement proposals and maintain consistent reporting quality during the internship.

Minimum Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in: Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiar with data analysis using programming languages (such as SQL, Python, etc.).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel (Power BI or Power Automate is an advantage).
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Be able to work onsite for 4 days per week.
• Be able to commit to at least a 6-month internship program.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with data visualization or automation tools (RPA, web browser automation, etc.).
• Familiarity with web development.
• Interest or prior coursework in manufacturing, logistics, or compliance.
• Experience with dashboard creation or process documentation.
