As a Supply Chain International Intern, you’ll work on impactful projects across ANZ, Greater Asia, and Indonesia, while based in Vietnam. The role offers hands‑on exposure to demand planning, stock allocation, and automation solutions, where data‑driven thinking and digital tools are used to drive operational excellence and smarter decision‑making at scale. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are analytical, process‑oriented, and excited to see their work improve supply chain performance across international markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Demand Planning & Inventory Optimization

· Design and build integrated tools to strengthen Demand Review and replenishment logic

· Develop Net Demand models and templates integrating orders, stock‑in‑transit (SIT), and customer inventory

· Generate order proposals for key SKUs across customers to enable decision-making

· Improve stock cover and service levels through better demand–supply alignment

Stock Allocation & Supply Automation

· Develop logic to translate stock allocation into executable customer orders

· Streamline planning flows to reduce manual effort and turnaround time from production outputs to supply plans

· Build automation solutions for load planning and booking requirements

· Identify and drive enhancements to existing digital and logistics platforms

Production & Invoicing Performance Tracking

· Analyze invoicing patterns to identify skew drivers and root causes

· Assess the impact of Bill of Lading (BL) linking on invoicing performance

· Recommend corrective actions to improve invoicing phasing across the month

· Support initiatives to accelerate invoicing, targeting earlier revenue realization

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

· Final-year students/Fresh Graduates studying in Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, or other relevant fields, with less than 02 years of experience

· Ready to start full-time at Unilever Homebase, District 7, HCMC

· Previous exposure in Supply Chain at least 6 months is a plus

· Familiarity with Power BI/Power Query, SQL, VBA, or Python is a plus

· Strong communication skills in English & Vietnamese.

· Good stakeholder management, problem solving and interpersonal skills

· Strong interest in data analytics, automation, and digital transformation

· Fast learner, self-starter, hands-on – ready to roll up sleeves & make things happen
