Role Summary

We are looking for an Employer Branding Collaborator to work closely with the Talent Acquisition team, focused on supporting hiring outcomes through strong employer branding and recruiting content.

This role partners directly with recruiters to support key hiring initiatives, early-career programs, and talent attraction efforts—particularly through high-quality LinkedIn content.

🤖 What you will do

• Support Talent Acquisition hiring needs through employer branding initiatives.
• Support Tech Fresher, Product Management Trainee (PMT) programs and other similar programs with recruiting-focused content and campaigns.
• Write clear, engaging LinkedIn job posts and improve job descriptions to attract the right candidates.
• Translate hiring priorities into compelling candidate-facing messaging.
• Support recruiter-led hiring campaigns and initiatives as needed.
• Admin Tasks: Program support, events organization, building requested reports, ERP management, and more.
