Job Description

1. Provide technical support to internal & external users
2. Responsible for product quality management including failure rate & abnormal issues analysis and follow-up
3. Create technical documents including technical bulletin, troubleshooting guide and FAQ.

需出差,一年累積時間約一個月以下。

Requirements

1. 2Y+ years related experience in the fields of FAE or Technical Support
2. Good written and verbal communication skills in English with TOEIC scored 750 above
3. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
4. Positive and solution-oriented, willing to support
5. With mobility for business trip
6. Familiar with PC and/or networking structure is preferred
