Job Description身為ViewSonic全球產品行銷處的創意團隊，你會接觸到創作者顯示器、電競顯示器、投影機等B2C設計專案，我們需要一位資深設計能夠結合創意，創造出符合受眾且國際化的平面視覺設計。1. 創意發想：與創意部門主管、社群、影像等相關創意團隊合作進行創意發想並進行提案與推動。2. 視覺風格設立：從定調視覺方向到細節完稿，使相關製作物在各平台達成視覺一致性。3. 產品平面廣告製作：製作國際化的產品上市平面廣告，包含主視覺、宣傳冊子、橫幅、展場海報、一頁式網站，與EC平台等視覺製作物。4. 網站介面設計：設計公司網站/活動網站UI與視覺圖像，確保網站上的吸引力及易用性5. Amazon電商平台：依照平台規格製作適合該平台的產品上市圖像與A+內容，提高商品在線上的銷售表現。6. 設計專案管理：與主管、相關單位夥伴討論，安排個人設計專案的製作時程，確保執行中的設計項目達到每一個檢查點需要的完成度，已符合合理的製作時程。7. 管理品牌視覺指南：建立、規劃、維護品牌視覺指南，確保部門內與跨部門的延伸運用。As part of the global product marketing team at ViewSonic, you will work on B2C design projects involving creator monitors, gaming monitors, projectors, and more. We are looking for a senior designer who can combine creativity and international perspective to develop visually appealing designs that resonate with our target audiences.Key Responsibilities:

1. Creative Concept Development: Work with the creative lead and teams from social media, video production, and related areas to brainstorm, propose, and implement ideas.
2. Visual Style Establishment: Define the visual direction and ensure consistency across all materials and platforms, from conceptualization to final production.
3. Product Ad Design: Create internationally appealing product launch ads, including key visuals, brochures, banners, exhibition posters, landing pages, and visual assets for e-commerce platforms.
4. Website Interface Design: Design the UI and visual elements for company or event websites, ensuring both attractiveness and user-friendliness.
5. Amazon E-Commerce Platform: Develop platform-specific product visuals and A+ content according to Amazon specifications, optimizing for better online sales performance.
6. Design Project Management: Coordinate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to schedule and manage individual design projects, ensuring each milestone is met on time and within reasonable production timelines.
7. Brand Visual Guidelines Management: Establish, maintain, and manage the brand’s visual guidelines, ensuring consistency across departments and teams.

Job Requirements 

(Please list the basic or special experience and qualifications required.)· 5-8年以上平面設計經驗· 具有建立和維護品牌視覺規範經驗· 獨立進行平面視覺專案· 具備內部/跨部門的溝通能力與協調能力· 善於釐清專案目的，並且提出有助於達成目標的解決方案· 獨立進行視覺提案能力· 具備英文溝通能力· 熟悉Adobe Creative Suite等設計工具

Requirements:· 

5-8 years of graphic design experience.· Portfolio showcase· Experience in establishing and maintaining brand visual standards.· Ability to independently handle graphic design projects.· Strong internal and cross-department communication and coordination skills.· Proficiency in clarifying project objectives and proposing solutions to achieve goals.· Ability to independently present visual proposals.· Proficiency in English communication.· Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.

Nice to have:· 

Experience in rebranding and creating visual guidelines, CIS, and design systems.· UI design experience and familiarity with design software such as Figma and XD.
