About The Role
We are developing exciting EdTech SaaS that will make an impact of teaching and learning experience. As our product line is growing, we are looking for a Senior Client Success who will be taking on the responsibility of understanding the product, user feedback and needs, and work with various organization such as sales, marketing and product to ensure continuous improvement of the product and maintain high adaption and satisfaction rate as well as keeping the retention rate low. • Mentor client success managers,
providing guidance and support to ensure high performance
• Develop and implement scalable processes and best practices
for customer onboarding, adoption, and retention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer success strategies
with sales, marketing, and product development initiatives.
• Work closely with the team to address challenges and ensure timely resolution
• Conduct regular business reviews with key clients to assess satisfaction,
identify opportunities, and drive strategic outcomes.
• Analyze customer data and metrics to track performance, identify trends,
and develop actionable insights, ie health score, churn risk, renewal
• Work with analytics for reports and dashboards
• Work with sales to identify upsell, cross sell, renewal opportunities
and contract negotiation
• Be the advocate of clients and work with product development team
on roadmap decision and feature request
• Engage with marketing team to develop success stories, testimonials, etc
• Stay up to date on industry trends related to client success and experience
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field;
Advanced degree is a plus.
• 8+ solid years of experience in client success or account management
• Demonstrated success in driving customer satisfaction, retention,
and revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills,
with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in strategic initiatives such as product launch
and process optimization.
• Comfortable in English speaking working environment
• SaaS business experience is preferred
