As a Senior UX Designer, you'll be responsible for collecting and translating user insights into delightful experiences. Ultimately, you’ll create both functional and visually appealing features that address our customers' needs. You will use multiple UX research methods and workshop to develop great experiences. You'll work with product manager, our development team, and global marketing team. Together you'll report with valuable insights to product teams, and collaborate with UI on finalized products. In this role, you'll have the privilege of being the voice of our customers. You'll translate their needs into user-friendly designs and have a direct impact on the customer's user-experience. Support and coach junior-level UX designers.

About the candidate

• You know how to distill simplicity from complex user requirements.
• You know how to initiate user researches during early development stage.
• You know how to frame and validate hypotheses based on quantitative and qualitative findings.
• You know how to use the tools of the trade like Figma, Sketch, Invision, Photoshop, Marvel and Overflow.
• You have experience with user research and translating insights from research to your designs.
• You have great communication skills both when interfacing with customers as well as when working with your team.
• You are flexible, decisive and you know how to put ego aside and focus on the needs of the customer.
• You are able to lead large and complex projects.
• You know how to define and prioritize problems to be tackled.

• At least six years of professional UX or Product design experience.
• Experience working in UX design positions.
• Familiarity with stages of the product development process.
• Strong understanding on interaction design and UCD process.
• Excellent knowledge of either qualitative research methodologies or quantitative analysis.
• Familiar with Google Analytics or any web analysis tools.
• Basic understanding of statistics.
• Conduct product designs and competitor strategies.
• Ensure products follow inclusion and accessibility principles.
• Knowledge in psychology and deepest insights of body language.
