● Develop and refine the screen-sharing product, ViewSonic AirSync.
● Maintain and enhance streaming protocols such as WebRTC, AirPlay, Google Cast, and Miracast to ensure compatibility, reliability, and performance on multiple platforms.
● Test and validate streaming protocols on different devices, operating systems, and network conditions to identify and address issues.
● Enhance and refine the streaming pipeline components, including capture, encoding, transportation, decoding, and rendering, to ensure the delivery of a superior streaming experience to viewers.

● Hands-on experience in developing and debugging various components of video streaming pipelines, such as capture, encoding, rendering, transmission, and decoding.
● Experience with common multimedia frameworks and tools such as FFmpeg, GStreamer, etc.
● Possesses strong C++ proficiency and demonstrates the ability to write clean code.
● Familiarity with streaming network protocols such as RTP and WebRTC, along with a basic understanding of video encoding and networking protocols.
● Experience in audio and video development on Android, Windows, iOS, or macOS platforms.
● Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, with a demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with different teams and stakeholders.
● Hands-on experience in enhancing and debugging WebRTC components is a plus.
