Job Responsibilities:
✨ Use online chat, social media, and other communication tools to address issues and complaints from the Chinese market. Respond to questions about products, services, or orders, ensuring customers receive timely and satisfactory solutions.
🤝 Establish close relationships with new and existing customers via phone or chat tools.
✊Engage in friendly and professional interactions to build customer trust in the company and deliver an excellent customer service experience.
🔍Handle product-related inquiries, complaints, or issues through email or online channels per company guidelines.
💡 Problem Solving: Understand customer issues and provide the most suitable solutions.

🗣 Proficiency in Indonesian, English, or Chinese: Fluent in spoken and written forms.
🕑 Working Hours: 8 am - 8 pm or 8 pm - 8 am (day and night shifts), 3 days off monthly.
