Responsible for designing and optimizing offline customer experience touchpoints. This role leverages corporate strengths, business opportunity communication, brand storytelling, and product displays to enhance ABO/customer satisfaction and improve the overall in-store experience.

1. Collaborate cross-functionally to propose and implement continuous improvement of experiences at physical locations, including offline experiences and interactive installations, ensuring ABO and customer experiences align with company standards and expectations.⚫歡迎身心障礙者
**Education background : Bachelor's degree or above.
**Field of Study : Visual Merchandising or Commercial Design.
**Related Experience : 5+ years of experience in physical experience design, in-store visual merchandising, and project execution.
<Required Knowledge & Skills and/or Related Experience>:
1. Ability to translate business goals into effective offline experience design, with a comprehensive understanding of customer journeys and visual merchandising.
2. Strong ability to collaborate and align with internal stakeholders (e.g., Experience Operation Division, Marketing, Sales, Tech) and external partners to drive execution.
3. Proficient project management skills, including prioritization, timeline control, and multi-project handling, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
4. Ability to leverage customer and operational insights to evaluate effectiveness and continuously optimize experience and business outcomes.
5. Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate strategies and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
