Job Description

Responsible for designing and optimizing offline customer experience touchpoints. This role leverages corporate strengths, business opportunity communication, brand storytelling, and product displays to enhance ABO/customer satisfaction and improve the overall in-store experience.

<Key Responsibilities>

1. Collaborate cross-functionally to propose and implement continuous improvement of experiences at physical locations, including offline experiences and interactive installations, ensuring ABO and customer experiences align with company standards and expectations.
2. Develop and coordinate communication materials and visual merchandising plans in alignment with company campaigns, product launches, and promotional periods. Work closely with each Experience Center to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
3. Regularly review and update onsite displays and visual design to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with current business priorities.
4. Collect and analyze feedback from ABOs and customers related to displays and in-store experiences. Identify issues and propose solutions to enhance ABO engagement and support ABO recruitment and business development.
5. Support internal initiatives and cross-functional projects to help achieve overall business and team objectives.

Requirements

**Education background : Bachelor's degree or above.
**Field of Study : Visual Merchandising or Commercial Design.
**Related Experience : 5+ years of experience in physical experience design, in-store visual merchandising, and project execution.

<Required Knowledge & Skills and/or Related Experience>:
1. Ability to translate business goals into effective offline experience design, with a comprehensive understanding of customer journeys and visual merchandising.
2. Strong ability to collaborate and align with internal stakeholders (e.g., Experience Operation Division, Marketing, Sales, Tech) and external partners to drive execution.
3. Proficient project management skills, including prioritization, timeline control, and multi-project handling, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
4. Ability to leverage customer and operational insights to evaluate effectiveness and continuously optimize experience and business outcomes.
5. Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate strategies and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
