Manufacturing Engineer (工作地點:竹北)

We are looking for an independent Manufacturing Engineer who will help operationalize manufacturing plans for GPU Server products. You will be exposed to various aspects of building and testing NVIDIA server products, from GPUs to full system testing. In addition, your responsibilities will include working with overseas manufacturing teams to help running daily production operation.

What you'll be doing:
- Identifying manufacturing problems
- Working with ODM/CM engineers and managing manufacturing and quality issues on the production line.
- Identifying process, material, design and test program issues
- Escalate critical quality issues to engineering teams and management
- Collaborate with server engineering and product engineering teams



What we need to see:
- Bachelor Degree in an Engineering discipline (i.e., Electrical, Industrial, or Mechanical)
- 2+ years manufacturing management experience in x86 PC or server products
- Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively across different functional teams
- Good communication and organization skills
- Good time management and task prioritization

Key Skills / Experience Required:
- Perform Diags test validation for various products
- Experience in x86 PC or server products
- Lab Management - Lab Asset Tracking
- Basic understanding of Linux, Java, Python structure, be able to write scripts and command lines (arguments) and be familiar with algorithms
- Good English speaking/listening
