Key Responsibilities:

1. System Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
   1. Ensure the continuous operation of smart systems, robotics, and automated manufacturing equipment.
   2. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues related to machines, sensors, networks, and software platforms.
   3. Perform root-cause analysis for system failures and work to implement long-term solutions.
2. Process Optimization:
   1. Analyze data from production systems to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, and throughput.
   2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements based on insights derived from smart devices, sensors, and analytics tools.
3. Collaboration with R&D/Development Teams:
   1. Provide feedback and insights to the design and development teams about existing systems to aid future improvements.
   2. Participate in the rollout of new automation technologies and software platforms within the company.
4. Monitoring and Reporting:
   1. Develop and maintain monitoring systems to track the health and performance of automated machines and systems.

5. Training and Documentation:
