Job Description

【職務內容】
1. 競品分析：深入研究印度當地流行趨勢及話題，保持對市場的敏銳觸覺，建立競品資料庫，分析總結有效經驗，嘗試應用在產品運營上。
2. 建立向代理介绍產品、品牌及優惠活動，並制定推廣流程。
3. 用戶研究：通過定性(客戶訪談)、定量(調查問卷)或其他分析方法(Ex: Google analytics)，蒐集玩家體驗，針對產品優化並提出具洞見的分析。
4. 具備一定的網路行銷策畫能力，協助遊戲社群經營(Ex: Facebook、IG、Telegram、Youtube...)、活動企畫與執行、開發潛在客群，擴展市場，以提高品牌曝光度和遊戲下載量。
5. 負責遊戲營運操作、活動規格之設計與執行(含活動後檢討報告及分析)。
6. 與設計團隊和產品經理合作，設計印度市場相關遊戲，確保行銷內容與遊戲特點和當地玩家期望相符。
Requirements
【加分條件】
1. 熟悉並活用自媒體經營與行銷方式推廣。具備網路知識，SEO搜尋引擎相關觀念佳。
2. 了解東南亞市場尤佳。
3. 具專案領導能力，擅長溝通協調與團隊合作。
4. 具良好EQ及數字概念，有數據分析經驗尤佳。
5. 強大的自我學習能力了解市場趨勢走向，理解網路生態環境。
6. 樂觀積極，勇於接受挑戰。Interview process
●HR電話訪談，大約30分鐘內結束，讓雙方有個基本的了解及認識。
●視訊面談，先考人格測驗，再由單位主管針對您過往的工作經歷進行討論，最後由HR收尾，時間約1小時。
