Job Description
我們正在尋找能帶領平台型產品與賦予產品市場價值的關鍵決策者。
你所做的不只是功能規劃，而是主導一個以產品為核心驅動公司成長的產品，帶領前端、後端與 QA 團隊，將產品從架構設計以及平台核心能力出發，你將站在商業與技術的交會點，負責產品上線歷程管理，透過數據與市場回饋提出優化產品策略，讓產品持續創造可擴展的商業價值。
▎What You'll Do
1. 定義並持續校準產品願景、策略與成功指標，確保產品定位與公司成長目標一致。
2. 透過市場、競品與使用者行為分析，辨識核心需求與痛點，作為產品決策與成長方向的依據。
3. 規劃並推動產品 Roadmap 與優先順序，從整體產品與平台層級檢視 KPI 與市場回饋，確保策略有效落地並持續創造營收與商業價值。
4. 帶領並協作 PM、RD 與 QA 團隊，以產品階段性目標推動決策與交付，提升整體產出品質。
Requirements
▎What We’re Looking For
1. 5 年以上軟體產品管理經驗，熟悉敏捷與跨職能合作模式。
2. 曾主導 0→1 產品或關鍵功能，具備完整產品生命週期經驗。
3. 以數據與用戶洞察為核心，推動產品決策與價值優化。
4. 能有效拆解需求並與團隊協作，確保產品策略落地。
【加分條件】
1. 具備帶領技術團隊及達成目標，協調前端、後端與 QA的實務經驗。
2. 具敏捷流程證照 ( 如 CSPO、PSPO )。
3. 熟悉平台、區塊鏈產品開發者佳。
